MindWeal currently provides clinical services in **Illinois and Missouri**. Providers in this position will therefore be required to obtain and maintain PMHNP/APRN licensure and applicable prescriptive authority in both Illinois and Missouri, regardless of the state in which they reside. You do **not** need to already hold Illinois or Missouri licenses when applying. MindWeal will coordinate and cover the cost of obtaining required professional licenses, as well as malpractice coverage. As MindWeal expands into additional states, providers may be required to obtain additional state licenses, with applicable licensing expenses covered by MindWeal. ## Schedule - Full-time - Monday–Friday - Flexible daily start and end times - Some later-afternoon availability is expected because after-school appointments are important for the children and families we serve - No call - No weekends - No holidays ## What You’ll Do As your training and clinical independence progress, you will: - Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations - Review and validate structured assessment findings - Develop differential diagnoses and clinical formulations - Create evidence-based treatment plans - Manage psychiatric medications - Monitor treatment response and adverse effects - Provide psychoeducation to patients and families - Provide psychotherapy interventions when appropriate - Collaborate with therapists and other professionals - Complete timely, high-quality clinical documentation - Participate in supervision, case review, and ongoing clinical education ## Compensation & Career Progression MindWeal provides a clearly defined salary progression as you develop from a newly graduated PMHNP into an increasingly independent pediatric psychiatric provider. - **Year 1 Base Salary: $120,000** - **Year 2 Base Salary: $125,000** - **Year 3 Base Salary: $130,000** Salary progression is based on successfully meeting established clinical competency, quality, documentation, professionalism, and performance expectations.
